Welcome to A H Cleaning Service. By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


1. Service Agreement

  • Our cleaning services are provided based on the details shared during booking.
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate information regarding service requirements and property details.
  • Any changes to the booked service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Payments

  • Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
  • Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.

4. Service Limitations

  • We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or deep structural dirt.
  • Cleaning of hazardous materials or pest removal is not included in our standard services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to water and electricity during the cleaning process.
  • Keep valuable or fragile items safely stored before service begins.
  • Customers must inspect the completed work before the cleaning team leaves the site.

6. Liability

  • A H Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear of property items.
  • Our team takes utmost care during cleaning, but minimal accidental damage, if any, will be handled case by case.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer data such as name, phone number, and address are collected only for booking and service purposes.
  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
