1. Service Agreement
- Our cleaning services are provided based on the details shared during booking.
- Customers are requested to provide accurate information regarding service requirements and property details.
- Any changes to the booked service must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Payments
- Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
4. Service Limitations
- We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains, damage, or deep structural dirt.
- Cleaning of hazardous materials or pest removal is not included in our standard services.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to water and electricity during the cleaning process.
- Keep valuable or fragile items safely stored before service begins.
- Customers must inspect the completed work before the cleaning team leaves the site.
6. Liability
- A H Cleaning Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear of property items.
- Our team takes utmost care during cleaning, but minimal accidental damage, if any, will be handled case by case.
7. Privacy Policy
- Customer data such as name, phone number, and address are collected only for booking and service purposes.
- We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
