At A H Cleaning Service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services with honesty and transparency. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests are handled.
1. Service Booking
- All bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Customers must provide correct details such as name, contact number, address, and preferred service time.
- Once the booking is confirmed, the cleaning slot and team are reserved exclusively for you.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for rescheduling at no cost.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the service time may incur up to a 30% deduction from the total amount.
- If the cancellation is made by A H Cleaning Service due to unavoidable reasons, customers will receive a full refund or a rescheduled service at their convenience.
3. Returns Policy
Since cleaning services are performed on-site and are not tangible products, returns are not applicable.
However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us immediately. Our team will inspect and, if necessary, reclean the area free of charge within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the cleaning team has been dispatched or the slot has been confirmed.
- Refunds will only be processed if:
- A duplicate payment was made.
- The service was cancelled by A H Cleaning Service due to internal issues.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers can reschedule a booking once without any extra charge, provided it is done 12 hours in advance.
- Further rescheduling may attract a small administrative fee depending on availability.
